Merchandise Returns:
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for an exchange, store credit towards another purchase, or refund. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that the item returned must be in its original packaging and may not show any signs of use. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise so we can help you ensure you are within our return policy. Any packages mailed without notifying The Museum Store beforehand that do not fall within our return policy will not be issued a refund or store credit.
