Shipping Policy
Upon receipt of your order, we will ship your goods as quickly as possible to addresses within the United States using UPS Ground Shipping. Please allow up to 10-business days for delivery of most in-stock merchandise. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. You will be notified of any shipping delays.
Memberships to the Mississippi Museum of Art purchased online or tickets to events are not shipped and will not incur shipping charges. Any materials related to these purchases will be mailed with the US Postal Service at no additional fee.
UPS Ground is currently the only shipping method offered for online orders. If you would like to discuss expedited shipping or shipping with the US Postal Service, please contact a sales representative at the Museum Store. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APOs. For shipping to these addresses, please contact the Museum Store. We do not currently offer shipping to addresses outside the US.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.
Shipping and Handling fees for the contiguous US:
for orders of $0.00 to $50.00 - $7.00
for orders of $50.01 to $150.00 - $9.00
for orders of $150.01 to $250.00 - $12.00
for orders of $250.01 to $500.00 - $15.00
for orders of $500.01 and up - $20.00
